Neura Moments' situation-aware customer journey will help businesses discover new customer engagement opportunities and improve their customer experience.
Neura announced Neura Moments, the synthesis of a user’s real-life situation in a specific context, place and time. Neura Moments are situation-aware, predict intent, and actionable. The Neura Engagement Intelligence layer is able to identify which features of an app are used at specific Moments. This enables developers to route specific interactions with consumers through Siri Shortcuts, which further promotes sustainable and intelligent consumer experiences.
Neura Moments and the recently announced Neura True Personas combine to uncover new customer engagement opportunities for product companies and apps. Based on physical world data, Neura learns, then predicts precise moments throughout a user’s day. These unique trigger points, or real-world engagement opportunities, allow apps to fuel intelligent customer journeys that are accessed via API calls, such as a user is heading to bed, user has arrived at their exercise location, or user is idle at work. Neura’s customers leverage these to drive their revenue KPIs, particularly those around Engagement Sustainability, Retention, and Conversion.
