Apple submissions will be accepted during the holidays, but it is suggested to submit them early due to the longer processing times, and since it is the busiest season for the Apple App Store, it is a great opportunity to get your apps updated and ready for the high volumes.

This Holiday Season Apple plans to accept submissions to the App Store, but you might want to submit them early due to longer processing times. Get prepared for the busiest season for the App Store by updating your apps and getting your submissions in before the high volume starts.

Apple submissions will be accepted during the holidays

According to Apple, "This year, we're pleased to continue accepting submissions in App Store Connect throughout the upcoming holidays. Make sure your apps are up to date and ready for the busiest season on the App Store. Due to anticipated high volume, plan to send time-sensitive submissions early. Please note that reviews may take longer to complete from November 24 to 28 and December 23 to 27."

According to Apple, "Make sure your apps take advantage of the latest capabilities in iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS so you can deliver your most innovative apps yet to users worldwide. Download Xcode 13 and the latest OS releases, build and test your apps, update your product pages, and submit for review in App Store Connect."

"Our teams can’t wait to connect with customers to make this season special. Whether in stores or online, our Apple Specialists are ready to welcome customers, offer gift recommendations, and provide the support customers need throughout the holidays," said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People.
