Moltin's board of directors gets one more with the addition of former Demandware CEO, Tom Ebling.

Tom Ebling has joined Moltin's board of directors. An accomplished industry executive, Ebling is the former CEO of Demandware. He brings more than 30 years of operating and management experience to Moltin. Ebling was CEO of Demandware from 2010 to 2016 and helped it scale from $20 million to $250 million in revenue. He led the company through a successful IPO in 2012 and $2.8 billion acquisition by Salesforce in 2016. Prior to Demandware, he held CEO positions at Lattice Engines, ProfitLogic and Torrent Systems.

“The retail industry is on the verge of another major market shift, as retailers and brands look to enable commerce beyond traditional channels and experiences,” said Ebling. “With its API-first commerce platform, Moltin addresses a critical need in the market for a faster, more flexible model for commerce innovation. I look forward to taking part in the journey of this exciting company.”

Ebling joins board members Michael Skok of Underscore VC, Steve Collins of Frontline Ventures, Bill Earner of Connect Ventures, Jamus Driscoll, CEO of Moltin and Chris Roach, CTO of Moltin.

“We are delighted to welcome Tom to Moltin’s board of directors,” said Jamus Driscoll, CEO of Moltin. “He brings a wealth of experience in retail and digital commerce, and a keen sense of operational excellence. As Moltin reinvigorates retail’s innovation agenda, we are very excited to have someone of Tom’s caliber join our team.”
