Want to develop cross-platform for free? As part of their Developer Zone, Intel might have just what you need with their new platform that lets you build for iOS, Android,
Windows Phone, and of course – HTML5 webapps. The XDK will run in a web browser
or you can download it to your desktop or by way of the Chrome app store.
