AppNeta has introduced its User Satisfaction Dashboard as part of its application performance management (APM) solution. The SaaS-based APM tool delivers a view of overall web application performance by integrating and scoring application performance across the entire application transaction. The User Satisfaction Dashboard provides a qualitative user satisfaction scoring mechanism that leverages the industry standard Apdex application performance index to provide a single integrated view across what has previously been treated as three disparate performance areas. USD’s Apdex scoring implementation allows distinct sets of application and/or user transactions to be pre-defined, measured and scored together via transaction groupings.
