Forrester recognized 27 notable low-code development platforms in a recent report. Newgen was named in Forrester low-code report for having selected AI agents, business intelligence/reporting, and integration layer (only) as top reasons clients work with them out of those extended use cases.
Newgen Software has been acknowledged by Forrester among notable vendors in ‘The Low-Code Platforms For Professional Developers Landscape, Q4 2024,’ report, authored by John Bratincevic et al.
In the report, Newgen was recognized among 27 other notable low-code development platform vendors for professional developers. Forrester asked each vendor included in the Landscape to select the top use cases for which clients select them and, from there, determined which are the extended use cases that highlight differentiation among the vendors. Newgen is shown in the report for having selected AI agents, business intelligence/reporting, and integration layer (only) as top reasons clients work with them out of those extended use cases. The Forrester report categorized low-code platforms for professional development as an ‘established’ market, stating that application generation is “the future of low-code platforms.” It identified four core use cases: empowering departmental IT/citizen developers, customer-facing applications, digital process automation, and core business applications.
