Kontagent and PlayHaven Are No More: Merger is Now Named “Upsight” Offering Analytics and Marketing for App Developers

The merger between Kontagent and PlayHaven is now officially complete with the two combined companies rebranding under the name Upsight. The new company is offering an analytics and marketing platform for app developers with an integrated product including one dashboard and one SDK with a number of new features.
According to a reelase, “Kontagent and PlayHaven merged with the shared mission to transform the world’s data into valuable action. Since the merger, adoption of the platform has skyrocketed – with daily signups doubling. Upsight is now one of the largest data storage platforms in mobile – tracking 500+ billion events every month, up 26 percent in two months, and covering 650+ million monthly active users, up 62.5 percent following the merger.”
The new company offers the following:

In addition to its analytics and marketing platform, Upsight will continue to serve as the primary distribution channel for ads from the PlayHaven ad network. So advertisers will purchase from Playhaven and developers wanting to generate revenue from ads can work with Upsight.
