Justin Welter

Justin Welter serves as AdColony’s VP of Publishing & Business Development. Justin’s previous experience includes Google, Vungle, Pubmatic, and Facebook, where he managed the strategic relationship with Uber. Justin has interned for a US Senator, and currently serves on the Big Data Advisory Board for SF State University. He holds a B.S. In Business Administration & Marketing from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
