Philippe Sauve is an Agile Coach with Hybris Software and Professional Scrum Trainer for Scrum.org. Within the Product and Technology organization at Hybris, Philippe works to establish a common understanding of Agility among the Teams through courses and coaching. Attaining world dominance through delivering the greatest Commerce Software Product is the goal. Working to create flexible environments and conditions for our teams, change management and organizational transformation are the challenges that we are faced with. Philippe has held many roles with different organizations related to Agile transformation and Scrum including as a Scrum Master, consultant and coach.
