Ed Keisling

Ed Keisling is the Chief AI Officer at Progress Software, where he leads the company’s global AI strategy and drives the development of responsible, AI-powered solutions across its product portfolio. With more than 30 years of executive engineering leadership, he has spearheaded innovation in complex system architectures, cloud computing, and large-scale infrastructure management. His experience includes serving on the executive leadership team at Vecna Technologies and holding senior engineering positions at Pegasystems. Ed is also committed to developing future technology leaders through mentorship programs at the University of New Hampshire and MIT’s Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP).
