Glenn Chenier

Glenn Chenier has more than 15 years of technical leadership and implementation experience in product and services development and enterprise IT systems.Prior to joining ProntoForms, Chenier led Alcatel-Lucent's software services design team responsible for solutions to operationalize the IP service routing networks of several major telecom carriers. As product manager of knowledge management at Alcatel-Lucent, he led the design and implementation of the Service Routing Knowledge Base and several other software solutions to operationalize the Service Routing Certification program. Chenier led the implementation of the company's enterprise-wide web content management system and several other components of their customer-facing relationship management systems. Chenier holds a master's degree in social sciences from the University of Ottawa.
