Francois Desrosiers

Francois Desrosiers has been a software architect and trainer for more than 13 years who is simply passionate about agile software development. He believes it brings one's creativity and teamwork in a stimulating work environment.Throughout his professional experience, he has been involved in small and large-scale Agile projects. As most of them were aimed at introducing Agile, he played a key role at implementing the software engineering elements and practices facilitating Agile software development (continuous integration & deployment, TDD, BDD). He have successfully trained development teams with these approaches as well as educating managers who must change their stance in this new work environment. Hi is now a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org where he teaches and coaches the necessary software engineering principles and practices to help fellow developers to excel in their profession.
