C. Mitchell Goldman is a partner in the Health Law Practice Group of Duane Morris in Philadelphia. He is a business adviser and healthcare entrepreneur who focuses his practice on the finance and corporate aspects of healthcare delivery, with an emphasis on reimbursement, risk contracting, structuring corporate transactions between and among providers and advising clients on the impact of federal and state government regulation.
