SpeechStorm has introduced its ‘Jackson’ software release as part of its SpeechStorm Framework IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platform. The new release offers new multilingual, mobile and testing capabilities for companies need multilingual capabilities.
The SpeechStorm platform already supports voice applications and multiple languages and with the addition of Jackson’s multilingual capabilities, French and Spanish speaking companies can now configure applications through a business user interface, called the ‘Control Centre’, in their own language.
The
new release also includes SpeechStorm Mobile eXperience (MX) for iPhone and Android, which allows customer service applications to be created and deployed through a drag-and-drop interface. Once the app has been downloaded by customers from the Apple AppStore or Google Play, the SpeechStorm app automatically refreshes, ensuring the customer always has the latest version without the need to download updates from the app store.
Jackson also utilizes SpeechStorm’s ‘S/Connect for Cyara’ test case generation solution. Companies using SpeechStorm and customer experience testing solutions from Cyara can generate test cases for load testing, performance testing and ongoing monitoring.
The Jackson release is available now for on-premise implementations as well as through SpeechStorm’s Software-as-as-Service (SaaS) solution.
