Unreal Fest Orlando 2025 is set to take place at the Orange County Convention Center in the North-South Halls from June 2 to June 5. This year’s event marks a major milestone as the State of Unreal will be hosted at Unreal Fest for the first time. It’s an exciting opportunity for creators, developers, and enthusiasts across industries to gather, learn, and connect. Whether you’re interested in games, film and television, automotive design, architecture and real estate, broadcast media, or simulation, Unreal Fest promises to be a vibrant hub of innovation and inspiration.

Unreal Fest Orlando 2025: The Ultimate Gathering for Real-Time Creators

Tickets are currently available for $749, with a discounted rate of $649 for Fortnite creators and students. Those eligible for the discount need to have their Creator ID or a .edu email address ready at the time of registration. The four-day pass includes access to sessions, receptions, meals, and the much-anticipated Unreal Fest Party.

The event kicks off on June 2 with registration and an opening reception. On June 3, attendees can look forward to the keynote, a full schedule of sessions, the expo floor, the Dev Hub, and an evening reception. June 4 continues with more sessions and hands-on experiences, culminating in the closing party. The final day, June 5, includes additional sessions and opportunities to explore the Dev Hub and expo.

A major highlight of this year’s event is the State of Unreal keynote, which will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person. Scheduled for 9:30 AM EDT, the keynote can be viewed on YouTube or Twitch and will feature product demos, partner announcements, and other major updates from Epic Games.

Unreal Fest Orlando offers a rich lineup of sessions presented by the Epic Games team and leading industry voices. These include presentations, demonstrations, and labs across various disciplines, including a dedicated Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) track and several cross-industry offerings. Attendees can deepen their knowledge and sharpen their skills in these interactive, expert-led environments.

The expo floor is a major draw, featuring cutting-edge technology and tools including Unreal Engine, Fab, MetaHuman Creator, Twinmotion, RealityCapture, Epic Online Services, and more. Visitors can also explore the latest UE-driven innovations developed by Epic's partners. For more direct support, the Dev Hub offers one-on-one opportunities to consult with Epic developers on individual projects, while the Gaming Lounge provides a space to relax and play some of the latest Unreal-powered games with fellow attendees.

Social events are a big part of the Unreal Fest experience. The festivities begin with “Beer & Badges,” the opening mixer where attendees can collect their badges and merchandise, enjoy drinks, and start networking. On the evening of June 3, the Tuesday night reception provides a more relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of learning. The celebration reaches its peak at the Unreal Fest Party hosted at the House of Blues, where participants can cut loose with the Epic Games team.

Unreal Fest is open to anyone aged 16 and up, although minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guardians are also required to purchase a pass and sign a consent form.

The main venue, the Orange County Convention Center, is centrally located for easy access. For lodging, Epic has partnered with the Rosen Centre Orlando, just a short walk from the convention hall. A special rate of $189 per night has been arranged for conference attendees, with rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once registered, attendees will receive a link to book accommodations.

Unreal Fest Orlando 2025 is poised to be an immersive, informative, and unforgettable event for everyone involved in the Unreal Engine ecosystem. With its expanded programming, exciting keynote, and dynamic community, it offers the perfect setting to learn new skills, meet like-minded creators, and explore the future of real-time technology.
