Music City Code 2016 is a three-day event that covers software, web and mobile development. Held in Nashville on August 18 – 20, the event organizers have added a sister conference with new Agile focus called Music City Agile, which is scheduled to be held on August 17 - 18.
Music City Code has grown from a one day event last year to full blown a three day conference. The event includes workshops, seminars, panel discussions, open spaces, lightning talks and a Geek Jam Lunch where attendees participate in the Nashville Music City experience. Over 70 speakers are scheduled for this year’s event.
A new sister conference, Music City Agile, has been added to the event offering a full day conference dedicated to the principles and practices of Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum and more.
Included on August 17 will be more than 25 sessions from national and local Agile thought leaders, open spaces to share and learn from peers, and an Agile coaching corner to get some personalized help from the experts.
On August 18 there will be 17 workshops that run concurrently with the Music City Code event. These run all day or half day and attendees can participate in any of the workshops which cover a wide range of Agile and software development topics.
