MYO To Ship Later This Year

Posted on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 by RICHARD HARRIS, Executive Editor

Remember the MYO? It's that handy little gesture control armband that turns your mobile device, or computer into a slave based on your movement. Take photos, open programs, post to Facebook -just about anything you can think of can be programmed into the MYO.

A notice went out today that they will be shipping devices later this year (we have one coming), they are shipping in two batches, those that ordered before the middle of March will get one first, then round two shipments go out at an un-specified time.

If you are interested in developing for the MYO they are now accepting applications for the developer program as well.

Finally, they also said you will be able to use two MYO's at the same time, and they are allowing anyone with a preorder to bump up their order quantity to get more than one device if they wish.
