Ingram Micro Inc. is helping drive AI-powered cloud technology with the addition of IBM MaaS360 with Watson on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, an automated e-commerce platform that offers more than 200 vetted cloud services. This expanded relationship with IBM Security helps Ingram Micro reseller and solution provider partners deliver a leading endpoint security solution to their enterprise and SMB customers with ease and speed, thanks to the advanced automation capabilities of Ingram Micro’s platform technology.

IBM MaaS360 is a comprehensive, cognitive enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform that deploys devices, delivers productivity apps and enables content collaboration across endpoints, users, apps, docs and data. With the power of augmented intelligence and contextual analytics from Watson, the IBM MaaS360 Advisor feature helps organizations identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies to make more informed decisions for their endpoint and mobile strategies.

MaaS360 is now available to U.S. partners via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. Both Cloud Marketplace and Ingram Micro’s Odin Automation Premium platform partners in the U.S. can leverage Ingram Micro’s comprehensive portfolio to bundle complementary services, such as Microsoft Office 365 with IBM MaaS360, and provide their end-customers with the complete cloud-based solutions. Ingram Micro Cloud expects to begin expanding availability of IBM MaaS360 outside the U.S. in early 2018.

“Through leveraging the power of MaaS360 with Watson, IT leaders can proactively manage and secure endpoints with actionable insights that maximize the return on investment for their mobile strategies,” said Carola Cazenave, vice president of Security Routes to Market at IBM. “Ingram Micro Cloud’s robust platform technology and unparalleled marketplace reach enables us and solution providers to easily bring cognitive endpoint management to more customers of all sizes around the world.”

“The launch of IBM MaaS360 on the Cloud Marketplace ensures our partners continue to get access to best-in-class, AI-powered security services as well as the ability to offer end-to-end solutions,” said Renee Bergeron, senior vice president, Global Cloud Channel, Ingram Micro. “Today’s launch also speaks to our commitment to drive the adoption of innovative cloud technologies by providing our partners with industry- leading solutions.”
