Helpshift helping top grossing apps with their customer support

Helpshift, the company providing customer support through enterprise-level, in-app customer experiences, has announced that its customer support platform is used by 34 of the top 100 grossing gaming apps, including five of the top 20, as ranked on Apptopia, a provider of mobile app intelligence.
