Google gets it's design on

Other than the color in Google's logo there is much more to the design of it's products. White backgrounds, simple fonts, and no overall design theme has been the norm. But the latest groups of apps by Google are screaming with cool designs and user interfaces. 


Google Maps, Gmail, Google+, and Youtube apps are all sporting a new look, and users are taking notice. Over the years they have always focused on functionally over design but that looks to be changing.
