With the addition of KnowledgePath, DMI expands its ability to offer a comprehensive, integrated solution set for enterprise mobility, big data, mobile and eCommerce. DMI solutions integrate mobile strategy, user experience design, mobile application development, secure mobile and eCommerce, managed mobility services and big data analytics to drive revenue, activate alternate channels, improve customer relationships and increase productivity.
With more than 80 professionals world-wide, KnowledgePath delivers secure mobile and eCommerce solutions for a number of consumer and business brands, including TJX, Chico’s, rue21, and Sur La Table.
KnowledgePath multi-channel commerce solutions combine mobile commerce, mobile enabled eCommerce and in-store mobile solutions, such as mobile point-of-sale and mobile clienteling. This includes the integration of front-end commerce with back-end financials, warehouse management systems, customer relationship management, inventory and ERP systems, unifying all product, customer and order/transaction data across all consumer sales channels
