AI powered real estate partners with SuperWorld and ASI Alliance

Posted on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 by TREY ABBE, Editor

The Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, an open-source project focused on decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), has announced a new partnership with SuperWorld, a virtual platform mapped onto the real world that allows users to buy, sell, and monetize over 64 billion plots of virtual real estate.

According to the companies, the partnership will integrate the ASI Alliance’s decentralized AI technology stack into SuperWorld’s platform. The integration is intended to support AI-driven discovery and recommendations for virtual and real-world experiences, generative AI tools for creating immersive “phygital” content, agentic AI assistants capable of planning and arranging real-world activities, and decentralized infrastructure to maintain secure, transparent, and community-governed operations.

AI driven features and capabilities

The partnership claims it is expected to provide several AI-driven functionalities:

  • AI-driven discovery and recommendations: Tools designed to help users find relevant content, locations, and experiences based on interests, social connections, and context.
  • Generative AI content creation: Capabilities that enable the creation of immersive phygital experiences tied to real-world locations.
  • Agentic AI assistants and planners: Autonomous agents that can organize activities, including generating itineraries with recommended venues, bookings, and immersive content tailored to users’ preferences.
  • Decentralized AI infrastructure: A system intended to ensure that user data and AI-powered features remain secure, transparent, and community-governed.

Token based incentives for engagement

SuperWorld is preparing to launch its native token, SPWR, which is intended to reward users with tokens, for digital and physical interactions within the platform. This token model is designed to create multiple layers of monetization, with location owners earning from activity on their plots and map creators receiving rewards for interactions on shared content, regardless of geographic location.

Monetization through digital and physical interactions

SuperWorld divides the Earth’s surface into billions of virtual plots. Users can reportedly earn revenue from both digital and physical interactions within these locations. These interactions span areas such as advertising, e-commerce, gaming, bookings, analytics, DePIN, and other real-world asset engagements.

Users can also create and share personalized maps, called "worlds" that integrate their preferred locations, events, and experiences with interactive content, including 3D objects, audio, video, images, and booking or ticketing features from real-world businesses.

What does this AI powered real estate partnership with SuperWorld and ASI Alliance designed to do?

This partnership is designed to turn everyday locations into creative and commercial opportunities, enabling value to flow back to users, content creators, and businesses through AI-enhanced interactions in both physical and digital spaces. By combining SuperWorld’s geolocated virtual real estate with the ASI Alliance’s decentralized AI technology, the collaboration aims to facilitate smarter discovery, automated content creation, and agentic workflows that enhance the way users interact with locations.

Statements from company leaders

Hrish Lotlikar, Co-founder and CEO of SuperWorld, stated that the platform seeks to empower users to explore, create, and monetize experiences tied to real-world locations. Lotlikar added that the integration with the ASI Alliance will enable richer discovery, smarter recommendations, and new types of immersive content.

Dr. Ben Goertzel, Founder of the ASI Alliance and CEO of SingularityNET, said that the partnership creates a bridge between the physical and virtual worlds. According to his statement, the integration of the decentralized AI stack supports agentic AI that can learn from and enhance real-world experiences, contributing to a community-oriented metaverse economy.

Linking physical and digital economies

SuperWorld’s approach connects physical and digital experiences, turning everyday locations into creative and commercial opportunities. The collaboration with the ASI Alliance is expected to support enhanced discovery, automated content creation, and agentic workflows, allowing users to interact with locations more dynamically.

The combined system aims to ensure value flows back to content creators and curators, including local businesses, map creators, and global brands. Activities such as recommending a café, creating digital art in public spaces, or curating city guides can generate rewards for both creators and location owners.
