TestNest Lets You Experiment With Your Icons, Screenshots, and More

Posted on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 by STUART PARKERSON, Global Sales

TestNest is beta testing a new platform which facilitates App Store page A/B testing, providing developers with the ability to run an experiment and see which icon, screenshots, description, video preview and more are the most attractive to an audience and bring the most installations for an app.

Using TestNest, developers can create a web landing page that looks similar to an App Store app page. Sending traffic to the landing page provides the ability for TestNest to perform an A/B test for evaluation.

TestNest's analytics engine tracks can test basic A/B test metrics (visits, conversions, CTR, confidence) as well as capture visitor behavior providing insights on how potential app users interact with App Store pages. This information allows developers to make data-driven decisions to help increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and user acquisition activities.

The platform has the ability to use any source to drive traffic to the landing page. TestNest says that the majority of developers in the beta are using Facebook ads as a source of targeted traffic.
