Talguu launches live casting video service

Caspio has announced that Talguu launched its new multi-channel video service, entirely built on Caspio's low-code development platform. Talguu, a Silicon Valley startup, allows television stations, professional performers and individual content providers to connect directly with audiences via a multi-platform pay-per-view video streaming service. Operating in a time- and resource-strapped startup environment, Talguu CTO David Talbot used Caspio’s cloud-based platform to build the company’s live-casting video application in just a few months, responding to aggressive feature requests and timelines.

“Caspio saved us a lot of time,” said Talbot. “The platform includes so many rapid application development features and tools that I can build new functionality almost as fast as I can type. Additionally, there were no scalability limitations, even during a deployment to three million television set-top boxes.”

Caspio’s all-in-one platform combines an online database, visual application development tools and scalable cloud infrastructure. Talbot leveraged Caspio across the full development cycle - application design, development, QA and deployment - to rapidly deliver a minimum viable product and then continue iterating as the market requires.

Recognized by Forrester Research as a “Leader” in low-code development platforms, Caspio is renowned for its ease of use and enterprise-grade features. The platform offers built-in compliance and security controls, making it particularly suitable for organizations operating under strict IT governance.

“A growing number of organizations are using Caspio to build mission-critical applications to bring new services to market and manage business operations,” said Frank Zamani, Founder and CEO of Caspio. “With over one million customer applications built and deployed on the platform, Caspio is fulfilling its founding vision to empower business leaders with a solution that is trusted and endorsed by IT for its security and scalability.”
