2013 will definitely bring some new devices to the market including the latest offering from Apple which will no doubt be carrying a new release of iOS. Mobile iOS developers are now seeing iOS seven information in there build logs when working with applications through Xcode.

This doesn't mean that there will be an immediate release – we're still waiting for an update to 6 remember, but it does mean that Apple is definitely working on it and we could see it by the middle of the year.

What will iOS 7 bring to us, that is a big question mark. But we can speculate that it will be faster, have the usual list of bug fixes, and hopefully be dragging a mine field of new enhancements for developers to utilize.
