Facebook Buys Onavo Including its Mobile Analytics Division

Onavo has announced that it is being acquired by Facebook. The Palo Alto, CA company has not released terms of the deal.

In addition to its mobile utility apps, Onavo provides market intelligence service/ app analytics parsed from third party data. Its analytics offerings include Competitive Insights, Audience Insights, and Acquisition Insights offerings.

A key aspect of the deal will be Facebook�s acquisition of Onavo�s Tel-Aviv office which will become Facebook�s new Israeli office.
