Corona Labs acquires Game Minion

Corona developers will soon have a new option for including cloud based services such as leaderboards, social sharing, and multiplayer gaming into their apps.

Corona Labs announced they have joined forces with Game Minion to develop 'Corona Cloud' which will hopefully be ready for developers to start using in early 2013.

Corona is already a multiplatform SDK but with this announcement they will be adding a suite of developer tools that will further extend the capabilities of their platform.

The Corona Cloud is currently in closed beta, but you can sign up here to be notified when it's ready.
