Conversational AI for Fintechs is out now from Finn AI and MX

Finn AI, the AI-powered conversational banking technology provider, has announced a new partnership with MX, the data platform for banks, credit unions, and Fintechs. Together, Finn AI and MX will combine the power of clean and enhanced financial data with conversational AI to deliver personalized, digital-first experiences for millions of consumers around the world.

"Data is the lifeblood of conversational AI and banks have access to amazing stores of it. However, to fulfill the potential of AI for the end consumer, the data must be of high quality. Through the partnership, financial institutions will be better able to help their customers improve their financial health by improving their day-to-day money decisions. Customers will be able to have more meaningful conversations with AI-powered virtual assistants to determine their specific needs and enhance their overall banking experience.

A preview of the combined technologies will be showcased at FinovateFall 2019 in New York City on Monday, September 23^rd at 1:40 pm (Demo Session #3). The MX team will present a live demonstration of the Finn AI virtual assistant leveraging MX data to deliver an elevated experience for the bank’s customer. The Finn AI and MX teams will be on hand throughout the event (booth #43).
