iAd Workbench, which allows developers to create and manage ad campaigns for iOS apps, is now available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. And the program now allows developers to target ads by country and to localize banner text.
With iAd Workbench developers can target who they want, when when they want, manually, automatically or both. The service provides the capability to assign specific targeting criteria (such as device, gender, age, location and preferences) to a campaign, or have iAd find the right audience, using data from the App Store and iAd about the app and apps like it.
iAd Workbench’s dashboard allows developers to tap into the details of their campaigns, review and change individual lines, edit banners, and look at all of their performance data presented as bar charts, line charts or tabular views. Metrics include total impressions, taps, average CPC, TTR, and downloads.
