We will see a wider adoption of AI developer tools for the build cycles. While AI coding assistants are already elevating developer workflows, these tools will be extended further into areas of code reviews, testing automation along with software planning cycles. Application Maintenance will be another area where lot of things will be automated from currency/version upgrades to updating out of life software and SDKs, performing bug fixes, and testing for compatibility with different devices and channels.

DevOps evolution and automation

DevOps and Automation have already come along a long way, however, in the coming year, we will see integration of these tools into Ops side of the house - automated monitoring and recovery.
