ilegra will be participating in the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2017 and presenting results Whirlpool Latin America reached with the migration of the communication and collaboration platform for Google. The case will be exhibited by Whirlpool Latin America's CIO, Renata Marques, on October 3rd, at 10:30am.
During Whirlpool's presentation, which owns KitchenAid, Brastemp and Consul, Renata will discuss the transition process in Latin America units through change management methodology, called Human Change Management (HCM), implemented by ilegra.
The adoption project, which began in 2015, took about five months to complete the migration and impacted more than 5,000 employees in various countries. The process also relied on face-to-face training in Brazil as well as on Hangout for other regions, with more than 300 hours of training and 530 employees trained to support the migration. Based on ilegra's methodology, the company was prepared to receive technological change with the understanding of human factors and without promoting negative impacts on employees.
This will be the 4th consecutive year ilegra participates in the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo. In addition to Whirlpool, the company will have a booth in the Brasil+IT area, promoted by Softex. Gartner Symposium/ ITxpo 2017 takes place October 1 - 5 in Orlando, Florida.
