So what's with the gold anyways? Gold is a symbol of prosperity and evidently there are many prosperous people, because the gold rush is on! What I find most interesting is that the differentiation between the colors of the new iPhone are really only seen when the case is off, which means if you want to display your symbol of prosperity, you'll have to walk around with a naked iPhone - don't drop it!
