HiTek Media and iSIGN Media partner to change digital marketing

Posted on Thursday, March 21, 2019 by AUSTIN HARRIS, Global Sales

Hi-Tek Media announced a signed partnership agreement with iSIGN Media Corp. Both companies have joined forces to rewrite the rules in digital marketing and public safety. The four-year partnership, effective April 1, 2019 is accompanied with a $2,000,000 USD plus purchase order for all available iSIGN’s technologies including new enhanced proximity and wide area messaging yet to be announced but currently exclusive to Hi-Tek Media in the first year.

The partnership agreement has been expanded to include newly developed messaging and data capture solutions and engineering services to provide development of customized solutions for Hi-Tek customers as requested. The SAAS solutions and applications include licenses in targeted and protected Hi-Tek channels and markets in the USA and soon Canada.

To create this network in the U.S., Hi-Tek Media is constructing mobile and stationary networks using a unity of both companies’ expertise in advertising and technology. The system provides broad coverage across specifically chosen locations and delivers an innovative way to reach targeted and general audiences anywhere a brand desires as well as offering them integrated connectivity.

In the event of an emergency, the network will provide guidance through specific messaging to help assist the public and emergency workers. All networks will provide advertising and messages to the public from both mobile vehicles and static locations while collecting real time metrics for advertised brands.

“We are excited to launch our new Digital Network, The Omni Veil. As a Digital Media Company, we are always looking to evolve and expand the innovations of creativity as we live in a fast-paced and ever-changing world. The technology brought forth from iSIGN has completed the final piece of the puzzle to accomplish and advance digital advertising to the public like never seen before,” said Hi-Tek Media’s CEO, Michele Bedwell.

“We are looking forward to and value our partnership with Hi-Tek Media and providing them with our interactive mobile proximity marketing and public security alert solutions for its Omni Veil networks. Our patented but currently publicly undisclosed technology available to Hi- Tek technology goes far beyond interactive, proximity marketing. With the addition of our Security Alert Messaging (SAM) our technologies will assist businesses, schools, churches, and government organizations to send instant notifications, both emergency and normal day-to-day communications. ISIGN is committed to providing all of its existing and new tools to partner in creating the Omni Veil with the Hi-Tek team,” iSIGN’s President Alex Romanov said.

Hi-Tek Media has chosen its home state of Nevada for the first network launch test. This test has been completed and approved. The second stage, Hi-Tek Media has agreements in place to expand to Texas, Illinois, Florida and Massachusetts during the first and second quarters of 2019. Planned expansions include eleven (11) states by end of 2019.
