Live Gamer Elements platform offers Crytek advanced monetization tools and global payments for its gamer social network and acclaimed first-person-shooter

Live Gamer, Inc., “LGI” (www.livegamer.com), a provider of digital commerce solutions for the interactive entertainment industry, has completed a white-label integration of its Elements™ platform with Crytek’s Warface first-person-shooter game and the GFACE platform to promote an optimized developer ecosystem and establish a direct-to-consumer monetization channel.

Working closely with Crytek, the award-winning game developer, Live Gamer has provided functionality including an e-wallet to handle GFACE “Kredits” virtual currency; the ability to exchange Crytek universal currency for in-game currency; an easy on-boarding process for third party developers as well as in-game item catalogue, offer, store management, merchandising and analytics tools. In addition, Live Gamer is powering global payments for Crytek across 121 territories in over 35 local currencies across 20 payment instruments.

“Crytek is one of the most well respected developers in the video game industry around the world and they chose Live Gamer because of our ability to provide a truly comprehensive and integrated monetization platform. We’re excited to see Crytek develop its own online social network and publishing channel and pleased we could play a role in launching GFACE and Warface,” said Andrew Schneider, president and co-founder of Live Gamer.

“Live Gamer’s support and comprehensive solutions were instrumental during the launch of Warface. It’s extremely important for us to offer customers an easy-to-use interface while at the same time one that is simple enough for our developers to onboard,” said Dirk Metzger, general manager of publishing, Crytek.

Live Gamer’s Elements platform offers digital content providers a secure and scalable, SaaS-based digital e-commerce solution. Working with some of the top content producers around the world, Live Gamer has powered hundreds of launches in more than 180 countries.
