Complete Game Developer Magazine Archive Now in the GDC Vault

After having ran for almost two decades, Game Developer magazine sent out their last issue back in July. But rather than let it collect dust, you can now find the complete archive in the GDC vault. It was an excellent print magazine, and now it is provided for free in PDF form.

With content covering the then decline of Apple to articles related to today's mobile environment, it is a good window into the history of game development. You will find interesting sections like the post-mortem which is about other game developers discussing what they did right and wrong from indie studios to AAA titles, and reviews on things like game engines to hardware. With the amount that is available, you are sure to find something of interest.
