Posted on Monday, November 17, 2014 by STUART PARKERSON, Global Sales

TigerText is now offering its secure messaging platform through the MobileIron AppConnect ecosystem, allowing MobileIron customers to securely text both within and outside their companies while enabling IT to enforce messaging policies that secure corporate data.

MobileIron’s AppConnect technology for third-party mobile app developers provides native application experiences, while enabling auto-configuration, data containerization, and secure tunneling to protect corporate data.

TigerText’s platform enables secure and compliant communication between employees, as well as between employees and customers, clients, and others outside the company. Features include message delivery and read receipts, messages that permanently delete after a set period, message recall, group messaging, and more. In addition to security benefits, enterprises using TigerText can see improved team collaboration, streamlined communication, and accelerated workflows.

As part of MobileIron’s AppConnect ecosystem, IT departments can now instantly push the TigerText app to thousands of employees’ devices and manage access using MobileIron’s advanced console.
