Orasi Hosts Free Webinars in November – “Test Data Management (TDM) Strategies” and “App Lifecycle Intelligence”

Posted on Friday, November 1, 2013 by STUART PARKERSON, Global Sales

Orasi will host two webinars in November to help developers improve their efficiency.

On November 5, Orasi will host the webinar “Gain A Competitive Advantage with Test Data Management” and on November 20 will present the webinar “Using HP Application Lifecycle Intelligence to Gain Insight & Improve Collaboration.”

Did you know that developers and testers can spend as much as 50-70% of their time searching for and manually creating data? This can amount to 20% of the average software development lifecycle SDLC. The November 5 Orasi webinar will examine Test Data Management (TDM) strategies that allow developers to deliver the right data, to the right place, at the right time. These improvements shorten test cycles by more than 30%, while reducing the testing time spent searching for data by 50%. This approach allows organizations to create efficiencies in their test data provisioning, while also mitigating the risk of delays, rework and spiraling costs, which slow an application's time to market.

On November 20, Orasi will discuss how developers can fully gain insight and remove the latency in decision-making, as they use traceability down to the actual artifacts and systems to build applications. The webinar will provide an overview of how HP Application Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) delivers this traceability and is embedded in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to aggregate information from multiple development tools and establish complete ALM traceability. By linking requirements, testing activities, and defects to code changes and build management systems, ALI can surface actionable information and help application stakeholders make informed decisions.
