Appy Pie, a cloud-based mobile application builder platform just announced the launch of its App Sheets feature, which allows business owners to link all of their Google Spreadsheets and Forms into an app to modify in real-time.

Appy Pie’s newest feature allows users to have access to their Google Spreadsheets or Forms directly from the Appy Pie app to instantly add, modify or delete records while in transit. Users can create new spreadsheets or access existing sheets to get insights in real-time through the App Sheets feature. Users can link to as many spreadsheets as necessary, restrict columns they do not want displayed and select permission sets for each sheet.

Key features:

- Sales reports for in-house distribution
- Inventory management to keep track of products
- Customer engagement for contact directory and feedback
- Human resource management for expense reports, timesheets or request forms

“Allowing users to have access to data provided in their Google Sheets will help keep their business organized and efficient to ensure operations run smoothly,” said Abs Girdhar, CEO and Founder of Appy Pie. “Businesses, whether enterprise or startup, need to keep track of every moving part of their organization, and since the world is increasingly using mobile apps over websites, it is essential to have easy access to information and data at all times. Our App Sheets feature will help make a business’ work flow easier and smoother unlike ever before.”

Appy Pie is further enabling startups and SMBs to compete with large companies in their industries by offering state-of-the-art technology in features for their apps to better meet the needs of their customers. In 2017 alone, the platform launched a chatbot builder tool to create AI-powered conversational messenger bots, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality features that offer image recognition and tracking, and panoramic and 360 video views, and will be releasing its upcoming Camera Effects feature that allows business owners to easily incorporate Snapchat-like facial recognition and filters into their apps.
