AppGyver will make available its new
Composer platform on May 20 allowing developers to bootstrap Steroids HTML5 apps in under 15 minutes.
Features of Composer Include:
Build service validations and UI updates: The Build Service UI has been updated for increased usability. It also now does some basic validation for build configurations client-side, helping catch errors before requesting a build.
Report bugs and request features in a single GitHub issue tracker: AppGyver has migrated all the open feature requests and bug reports to a single GitHub Issue
tracker. They are also using GitHub
Milestones to organize which issues will be fixed by upcoming releases.
New apps and generators use Ionic CSS: AppGyver has recently replaced the Topcoat CSS library with the Ionic CSS library. They have also updated the ng-resource generator to use the latest AngularJS and Ionic.
What’s new in Steroids:
Scanner for Android: Android 2.3 support (API levels 10-19).
Steroids CLI: Version 3.1.23 updates the generator-steroids dependency so that new projects and generators use Ionic CSS.
Grunt-steroids: Version 0.2.1 brings proper support for SCSS imports and more.
