Through this relationship, IBM is enabling containers for enterprise production workloads in hybrid cloud deployment. Additionally, IBM has announced the delivery of enterprise class containers based on Docker, that make it easier for developers to deliver production applications across their hybrid environments
During DockerCon 2015, Microsoft demonstrated a multi-platform distributed container application across Windows Server and Linux. In addition, Microsoft also announced Visual Studio Online support for Docker and a new Azure Marketplace experience.
