Taboola Purchases Perfect Market to Add Native Ad Capability

Taboola, a content discovery platform, has announced that it has acquired Perfect Market, a provider of native digital publishing software solutions for driving traffic, engagement and revenue.
The purchase will combine Perfect Market’s programmatic advertising technology with Taboola’s content distribution and monetization platform. Taboola is renaming their platform “Taboola-X,” as it integrates Perfect Market’s solution to the Taboola existing paid-content offering.
Taboola-X combines both performance text advertising (products/services) and native advertising (articles, videos, galleries).
